Gracefully standing tall along Central Avenue, the 3300 Tower is a 27-story architectural marvel, reaching an impressive height of 356 feet. The incorporation of the HVAC chiller serves to further enhance the building’s infrastructure, ensuring optimal climate control for its occupants.

Taking center stage in the 3300 Tower project was the Liebherr LTM 1400-7.1 All Terrain Crane, shining as the star with a remarkable 400-ton capacity. Notably, the 1400 claims the position of the second-largest crane in Smiley’s extensive fleet. New to Team Smiley in January 2024, is the colossal Liebherr LTM 1650-8.1, a massive presence equipped with both long and short boom options. Currently holding the title of Arizona’s largest All Terrain Crane, it stands as one of only five Liebherr LTM 1650-8.1 units in the United States configured with both booms, marking a significant milestone in Smiley Crane’s capabilities.
